Legacy Early College High School is an innovative high school that provides students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma and either an associate degree or at least 60 college credit hours toward a baccalaureate degree. Legacy ECHS provides dual credit courses at no cost to students; offers rigorous instruction and accelerated courses; provides academic and social support services to help students succeed; increases college readiness; and reduces barriers to college access.
If students did not meet satisfactory in one or more STAAR assessments there is an opportunity to retake the assessments between June 24th-27th. Boot camps to prepare for these assessments will be held June 18th-20th. Click the title above for more details.
You may access your child’s online EOC Report Card beginning on May 30 by visiting the Texas Assessment website at TexasAssessment.gov. The EOC exams are English 1, English 2, Alg. 1, Biology, and US History. Click the title above for more details.
The Texas Education Agency, working with Education Service Center Region 13 in Austin, has announced that Early College High School (ECHS) Demonstration Site grants have been awarded Legacy Early College High School.
